Welcome to the Colorado Road Wildlife Watch

This website can record observations from reporters out in the field who come across identifiable road-side and road-killed wildlife. This includes the animal type and/or species found, location of the animal, time found, pictures of the animal, how long it might have been dead, and any additional details about road or traffic conditions. This information will be used to help understand animal-road interactions, to reduce amounts of road-kill, and to increase the safety of people on Colorado roads. Help wildife by entering observations you’ve collected.

If you are reporting wildlife observations specifically on I-70 in the Rockies, between Golden and Glenwood Springs, please consider visiting our colleagues at I-70 Wildlife Watch (http://www.I-70WildlifeWatch.org)

Please create an account with us to access other features of the website and enter roadkill observations. After creating your account, you can log in using your username and password.
