Young buck with antlers just budding. Looks like the buck crawled off the roadway to die.

This curving roadway is a slaughter-alley for speeding motorists that drive into the blind curve. Wildlife routinely cross PetBS here to access foliage on the hillside and gardens in McNear Landing.
