This is the carcass from one of two large birds with wings torn off. My guess is they were Turkey Vultures eating in the road and hit by a car but I didn't see another dead animal. I did not see a head or legs but didn't move the parts. See the next upload for additional photo of the carnage. I was on my bicycle.
