Carcass on "shoulder" between the southbound fast lane and a concrete barrier that separates the southbound and northbound lanes. Suspect the animal was attempting to cross I-5 from the west to the east, made it across to the fast lane, then was prevented from continuing east by a 3' + continuous smooth concrete barrier
