Observation Date / Time

The carcass was hit between the two southbound lanes and strewn across the road. This is a curving dangerous road to drive so I didn't have much time to observe the carcass. I saw at least two legs, probably front legs, that seemed longer than a bobcat, but we're darker in coloration and somewhat shorter than I'd expect for an adult mtn lion.

My impression was this was a sub adult mtn lion.
