Location Description
Just north of the Garlic World roadside market in the southbound lane. Near Uvas Creek, where there might be prey.

Similar to the location where I had just seen a dead coyote (see separate observation report), this is just past a tricky merge, where drivers have to look left and right more than ahead of them.
