Observation Date / Time

This is the 5th otter we have found dead on this exact section of hwy 37. There is a waterway on either side but no under the hwy pipe to connect stream. Otters cross and die here, heartbreaking. Need a safe corridor here or a barrier fence that leads them to Novato Creek which crosses under the hwy. But even there I've found dead otters on the road west of the creek.
